• Pick-ups are made from your Dubai hotel or residence only, not from the airport.
• An additional charge applies for pick-ups from locations other than Dubai hotels or residences.
• Shared transfers are available from Deira, Sheikh Zayed, and Bur Dubai Souk and Marina.
• The Canal cruise begins at 8:30 PM. If you’re not using our pick-up service, please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
• The charming boat ride at Dubai Canal typically starts around 7 PM after sunset.
• During Ramadan, government guidelines prohibit alcohol and live performances.
• Pick-up and drop-off times for shared transfers may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
